- Sales — pricing, demos, enterprise quotes, partnership inquiries.
- Support — technical issues. Pro and Enterprise plans get priority chat support inside the app.
- Privacy — GDPR data requests, account deletion, privacy questions. We respond within 30 days (usually faster).
- Security — responsible vulnerability disclosure. We follow a coordinated disclosure timeline and reward valid reports.
- Press — interviews, content collaboration, marketplace integrations.
